One of my favorite ways to wake up in the morning is to the words “walk with the king today and be a blessing!” coming over the radio. I love to hear the full program, but when I sleep too late, just those closing words are an encouraging reminder for the day.
For over twenty-five years, the friendly voice of Dr. Robert A. Cook helped people start the day with the friendly greeting; “Hello radio friends. How in the world are you?” Dr. Cook’s fifteen minute daily broadcast was heard coast-to-coast. After his death in March of 1991, there was an outpouring of requests for this radio broadcast to be continued by means of re-broadcasting his already recorded material. This radio program formerly known as “The Kings Hour” is now called “Walk With The King.”
You can watch a short presentation about the life of Dr. Robert Cook on the website.
